ELIGIBILTY:  Gifts of Art is excited to invite all Michigan Medicine staff, faculty, learners, volunteers and their family members to enter their original artwork in our annual Employee Art Exhibition!  Work must have been completed within the last three years, has not been shown in prior Employee Art Exhibitions, and conforms to the Gifts of Art selection criteria: www.med.umich.edu/goa/criteria.htm.

MEDIA:  Both 2D and 3D media will be accepted. 3D works are especially encouraged!

ENTRY PROCEDURE:  Employees may submit up to 2 pieces of art, ONE of which may be by a family member!  All artwork MUST be clearly labeled with artist's name, title of artwork and phone number.  If you would like your original packing materials returned, they also must be clearly labeled.  All 2D works, with the exception of paintings on canvas, must be framed.  Artists are responsible for adequate hanging hardware on the backs of 2D pieces.  2D artwork may be no taller than 40 inches and 3D pieces may be no taller than 16 inches.  Please contact kmtalley@umich.edu with questions about size. 

At the end of this form, you will be asked to upload a quality JPEG image of each piece of art you plan to display.

ART DELIVERY PROCEDURE:  You MUST fill out the online Art Entry Form PRIOR to dropping off your artwork.  A separate form is required for each artist.  You can fill out the form for your family member, but it must be a new form, separate from your own.  Family members can complete the form for themselves if they prefer, simply forward them the link.

The exhibit will open on Tuesday, September 6th and run thru Friday, December 2nd, 2022 in the Gifts of Art Gallery - Taubman Health Center South Lobby, F1.  The reception and awards ceremony is TBD.
